Preparing and Submitting Your Paper
RSM publish manuscripts in English and Spanish. Authors who submit a paper which is not written in his/her native language are suggested to have their contribution checked for style and grammar by a native speaker. Contributions which are linguistically unacceptable may be rejected.
Your paper should be compiled in the following order:
– An abstract both in English and Spanish;
– Five or six keywords both in English and Spanish.
Please include a word count for your paper. A typical article should be no more than 10.000 words.
Papers may be submitted in Word format. Figures should be saved separately from the original text, and sent on a separated JPG file.
If your paper is accepted for publication, the manuscript will be copyedited and typeset in the correct style for the journal:
Font: Times New Roman, 12 point, 1,5 line spaced. Use margins of at least 2.5 cm (or 1 inch).
Title: Use bold for your article title, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
Abstract: Indicate the abstract paragraph with a heading or by reducing the font size. The abstract should be written both in Spanish and English
Keywords: Please provide five/six keywords, both in English and Spanish to help readers find your article.
Tables and figures: Indicate in the text where the tables and figures should appear, for example by inserting [Table 1 near here].
